We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Roofing and Exterior Sales Representative to join our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in educating customers about our company and services and successfully closing deals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and submitting sales estimates, conducting on-site meetings with customers to evaluate their project needs, and delivering timely project estimates.
It's essential for the ideal candidate to be self-driven, possess excellent customer service skills, and have a strong desire to excel in sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and cultivate strong relationships with customers
- Conduct on-site estimates, evaluating homes to address customer needs
- Travel to various locations for customer visits
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
- Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions using a customer relationship management (CRM) program
- Utilize best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to successfully close deals
Qualifications
- Previous experience in roofing and exterior sales

- Ability to climb ladders for on-site evaluations
